Fine By Me strives to source the most ethical materials available, prioritizing fair labor and eco-friendly practices. We use real gemstones found only in nature, not man-made creations. Therefore, all of our gemstones are one of a kind.

Yes, right now all Fine By Me jewelry items are made-to-order and require a brief production period prior to shipment. Please check each product page for details.
What is your return policy?
Each Fine By Me piece is handcrafted with precision and care. As such, all sales are considered final. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will ensure a suitable resolution.
Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Yes. Should your Fine by Me piece require adjustment or repair, our concierge will be pleased to assist. Please contact us at info@finebyme.world to arrange care.
Please note that some rings, especially ones with enamel, may not be possible to resize. Be sure to use our ring sizing guide prior to placing your order for accuracy.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To take care of your Fine By Me jewelry, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and water by removing it before showering, swimming, exercising or applying cosmetics. After each use gently wipe the piece with a soft jewelry cloth. Store your jewelry in its original box to prevent scratches and to maintain its luster and condition.
What is your shipping policy?
- Currently all items are made-to-order and require between 4-8 weeks for production prior to shipment (check each product page for exact production estimates).
- Once your item ships it will be fully insured for the total value. Please note that a signature is required. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the item dispatches.
- Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. International shipping requires 5-7 days depending on the country.
- Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.
